I could help with your project, but I really need more details/info about. 1 - i have no issue designing sextoys (i've done before, and is ok) 2 - in order to know what is to be done, i will need to see the model and only then i could follow your indications 3 - from the designing point of view it doesn't matter the thickness - only when manufacturing/prototyping 4 - i don't have electronic skills (i used to get some sextoys, remove their signal generator and used into my prototype), but I could compensate thru exceptional mechanical skills (love crave, the masturbator 2, tenga, etc, relies very much on mechanics, and the electronics just drive the mechanisms) For any other questions, you may open a chat room here and we'll discuss about the details.
