CUSTOM 3D POSER CARTOON CHARACTER

I am looking for a 3D artist to re-create a CARTOON character in 3D - which already exist as 2D (frontal) illustrations - to be used in Poser Pro for the purposes of modeling for drawings. There are actually 4 characters we would like to create but we're starting with this one (needless to say, if all goes well, there is immediate opportunity for 3 additional projects).This will NOT be a standard character, NOT based on Michael 4 or any of the pre-existing characters with simple morphs applied. I imagine this character will need to be built from scratch, as the proportions are rather unique. You will need to know how to create the character in 3D (a 4 year old child) as well as his hair, pants and t-shirt. This character is for a children's book author/illustrator who plans to use Poser to help visualize layouts. It will not be used commercially. It is for the private use of an illustrator. I am looking for someone who can re-create other people's drawings as 3D, and has experience doing so. How you create this fully posable character is up to you... mudbox, zbrush, modo, or poser native... all we care about is the end result. A fully posable Poser character.
