Considering python is bytecode compiled, also PE structure is well known and python in nature is not even near to best language for obfuscating. Hello, I hope this project is still open. These days I was working on a similar project to do some calculations in an excel spreadsheet and generate an output xlsx file. I used openpyxl package and I also created a small interface to browse and select the file, save location and also converted into an exe file for testing purposes. The program worked fine.
