Reading the description you provided, I undertood that you need a program to parse yout text file into a XML file, which isn't a big deal for me because currently I'm working with compilers and to do it I'm requeried to parse text files all the time. Should this script create to seperate files, or should it be merged it in to one file? The latter is a bit more complex, but doable. Kind regards
