Book editing - repost

I have a book about project management that i want to edit and proof read. i want the following: 1- fix mistakes in grammar and spelling and punctuation 2- if any thing seems not logical in the meaning you must highlight it 3- do the minimum change in sentence structure as possible i have 11 chapters each chapter containing 50 pages. i will pay 30$ for each 50 pages. if interested do a moc ofr the attached page
