Hi I see that you have already done a lot of work in collecting the right kind of information which makes the work of anyone who works on this project a lot more easier . I have worked on configuration of the SMTP node and inbound and outbound email for SAP SRM module before and should be able to handle this work easily . I can prepare a similar document for your reference after the project gets completed . I am SAP SRM certified and have been working in SAP in development , support and implementation projects since last 8 years and setting up system is one of the key aspects which I have worked on a couple of times . The total projects I have handled till date is around 7 spanned across different geographies . I should be able to handle - SMTP configuration - ITSM configuration - Configuration of ERMS - Creation of Business Rule However I am not sure what you are looking for in BPMN model of the business case? ITSM setup itself is a complex and time consuming task. So far i understand, ERMS needs to be setup for inbound & outbound email in ITSM. I believe ITSM is setup already. Will setup business role in ITSM in this duration. I have 10+ yrs of experience of implementing various functionality of Solution Manager. Implemented various complex workflow of ITSM & ChaRM with bi-directional integration of 3rd party.
