some operations in theater the doctors and nurses must stand there 12 hours and more,would like to create a sterile pack which they can open and have something to drink and eat,to increase more successful operations and brilliant outcome,it is possible for i work in theater,and they really get thirsty and hungry and that course a decrease of concentration for what they are doing.

A modified MRE should do the trick. a civilian version of a military product. Shouldn't be to hard to do. Depends on what your willing to spend per pack and what qualifys as sterile for the environment are items already sealed in packages (like granola bars) sterile if there outside is cleaned or does the entire product need to be 100% no touch custom packaging. Ether or any combination of these two aspects should be do able.
