I have 4 years experience in the cosmetics industry with a recent qualification from the SCS. I have formulated many products from coloured (lipsticks, foundations, eyeshadows etc.) to gels, creams and serums. I work for a reputable cosmetics company that focuses on high end product design and manufacture from the initial brief, testing and scale up manufacture. I have put 2 weeks as a conservative timescale but can usually have formulas/samples made up in a couple of days. I usually charge £20 an hour and think my bid reflects this well. Good luck Chris
