Develop fabric that can be sprayed onto a person

I currently work as a Patent Specialist for chemical inventions in my country's National Patent Office. My style to work is to give you a solution to your project and if it works for you you pay me what you think my work is worth for you, otherwise you pay me nothing. If my solution works partially for you and you want me to keep adjusting my solution to your needs we may continue working under the same terms, until you feel satisfied. I quoted €250 because the freelancer.com system did not allow me to quote on less. But as I said above, after receiving my solution, you tell me what you want to pay me and I send the invoice with that amount. As a chemist and a patent specialist I want to tell you that the kind of materials and methods that might be needed to accomplish your project should bbe innovative. I havent seen anything like that so far. So, it might take some time to find the proper non-toxic, durable materials, which fit your desired way to be treated (sprayed onto the body) and keep their shape. That is why I am foreseeing a 90 days project to come up with a possible solution.
