Video camera (doesn't need to be high resolution) attached to flexible circuit boards and powered by flexible lithium polymer batteries (or whatever is thinnest/most flexible/holds most charge). Need charging port and data storage/retrieval port to be as small as possible.

Aesthetic: Video cam located in the middle of the 'design' with circuits and battery packs feeding into left and right hand side. Charge and data ports located at the rear of the design/furthest from the camera.
