Design a Header in photoshop

HI i need a header designed, it's must look professional. there will be peices of real papers lying like this :[login to view URL] [it must look like the istock image, nothing less than that will be considered, anything better than that is welcome.] each peices of paper must look real. wait why am i repeating paper must look real? because that is the most important part of this project. [note : no milestones will be released unless you show me similar thing, only some percent of milestone will be created , you may send the file with your bookmark, i don't mind.] this project is real urgent!!
