We have created comics book pages as photoshop files, one page per file. Each page contains 3 to 7 comic panels. Each panel contains several image elements + their colors (roughly 20 to 80 elements per page). Each element is its own layer group under the main group of its panel. Each element has color layers and ink layer. You don't need to touch the individual layers, just work with the groups (drag and drop a whole group into the new image). The filesize of a full page is about 100-300 MB. I will deliver those to you through an FTP account created for you. You will deliver the final files by uploading there. The job requires only good Photoshop skills and understanding of the task.
We need you to crop the individual image elements from each panel and save them as separate files under an instructed folder structure (see attached image with instructions). Make a folder for each page and save the image elements there with the instructed (see attachments) naming convention. Each image should be saved in .psd as well as in .tga file formats under PSD & TGA folders under each page's own folder. See attached file '[login to view URL]' as an example of a deliverable psd file of one image element.
Note: the width and height of each elements needs to be power of two (512, 1024, 2048 or 4096). Width and height can be different, though (e.g. 512 x 1024, 512 x 2048, etc.). You need to crop the elements (not change aspect ratio) so the final power of two image is the smallest possible which still contains the whole element in both width and height dimensions. Do not scale the original images. Only if the element is larger than 4096 pixels in either dimention, scale it by constraining proportions and aspect ratio to fit to 4096 (scale the longer dimension to 4096 and the shorter one with the same factor).
We have 21 pages like this. Some of them are ready. Some of them will be ready within the next 6 weeks.
Bid a cost for a patch of 3 pages but be ready to do all 21 (within the next 6 weeks, first patch can be done right away). I will pay you the amount after each 3 pages done (so up to 7 times).
For your bid, not mandatory but will help you get the job is you download an example panel from:

And attach the 'mountains' layer fully processed into suitable .psd file into your bid.
