Create a slideshow video from 23 still images taken from one place

Create a video out of 23 photos. The photos have been taken from one place over a period of one year. I'd like to have roughly 1 minute video of one image morphing into another and so on. The images have been taken from one place, but hand-holding the camera, so some manual re-alignment/cropping and basic Photoshopping will be necessary.
On top of that I'd like to have a short titles in the beginning of the video including a logo and title "1. rok InCider Baru". At the end of the video I'd like to display a web address [url removed, login to view] .
As a sound track, I'd like some royalty free pleasant music.
Attached are the photos in low resolution, once contracted I will supply the originals, which are 3000x2000 pixels big. Also I will supply high resolution logo for the titles.
