Basic website design in PSD

Hi there, I need someone with lots of experience with Photoshop to make a simple web template design for us (in .PSD format). We want you to make the template with a similar LAYOUT to the attached sample (file 1) - using the same COLOUR STYLE / THEME as file 2 (also attached). We will be displaying the following info in the page: Company Name and brief description up the top, with an image Company Business Address Telephone Fax URL Email Opening Hours Access Parking Credit Card Detailed Info: On the right side, a few images For this job, we just need the .PSD - then later, we will slice and code etc. We need this job done quickly, and professionally.
