We have a Flash video that is displayed on our home page ([login to view URL]) This does not display on IOS devices, therefore we would like to convert the video from Flash to a more portable format. The addition to this conversion is that we need the video to sit on a background, so that while it is loading the banner location has a graphic. The live site shows the way that we currently display this video with a background and we are happy to retain the same background with the new format sat on top.
