During my secondary schooling I have completed numerous photography subjects leading to my studying Studio Arts and Media at VCE level. In both these subjects my final major work was using photography. I also completed Cert III in Photoimaging in 2012, which I finished in one year instead of two. I started my own business (Catriona Humphries Photography) in 2012 and I have had the pleasure of capturing memories for Geelong families with their newborns through to teenagers and family shoots. I was invited to be the photographer for a local school graduation last year and I’m returning again this year. At all times I set myself an extremely high standard and client’s requests are always accommodated. In my business I am responsible for every aspect, from taking the booking, establishing the clients requirements, through to taking the photos and post-production editing to a high standard ready for printing. I then assemble the photographs and other products to meet the agreed deadlines.
