Buy Photos for Redistribution within E-learning Cloud Service

We are looking to buy quality stock photos to be included in our web-based application to be used by our customers within their online courses for free. About us Netventic is a leading e-learning company in Czech Republic (EU). Currently we are developing a new, cloud-based e-learning authoring and publishing platform that allow users to build interactive online courses. We plan to launch the service on 2016. Photos what we are looking for We want to buy at least 500 photos from multiple photographers (in small series for a variability) on a following themes: 1) People in real environments We look for shots within real life environment, with naturally looking people (individuals or groups & teams) in related outfit: - Corporate / Business environment (at office, at company building – indoor or outdoor, etc.) - Healthcare and medicine environment (at hospital, at the doctor, at the laboratory - Industry/Work/Technology environment (at construction site, at warehouse, at machine room etc.) - Safety trainings – specially we are interested in safety theme shots (people with yellow helmets, uniforms, safety jackets, signs etc.) - Nature – outdoor shots (at beach, at forest, on meadow, etc.) 2) People isolated on white We are looking for studio people shots in various poses/situations. Specially we look for a large series of one model (up to 200 shots) in different poses/outfit with different properties. - Outfit – casual, business, work - Properties – phone, computer, laptop, tablet, helmets, table, chair, etc. - Body coverage – full or partial body (portrait, detail,...) 3) Objects isolated on white - Every day use objects (pen, keys, mobile phone,... etc.) - Food, fruit & vegetables (apple, orange,... etc.) - Mechanical parts – gear wheel, bolts, nuts,... etc.) 4) Environments without peoples Real life environment (interior, exterior) but with no people, from different views (angles). Specially we look for: - Office interior with desk, chair, phone (from behind desk, in front of, from top etc...) - Open-space environment - Office building (corridor, hallway, gallery, garage, reception etc.) - Business park outdoors Our standard All photos should be: - suitable (to be used within designs) - colorful, with proper lighting - minor amount of black&white images is acceptable Photos should NOT be: - with borders, rotated - depressive, "artistic", overfiltered - containing nudity - containing copyright notices Images should not contain any kind of technical imperfections at original size that can limit their usage File format We accepts RGB JPG files only (other formats, or images in CMYK will be declined) Resolution - we accepts files at least 1600x1200 pixels - we will not accept files that have been up-sampled - we will not accept images with visible compression artefacts Legal Requirements Images should not contain unreleased people or property, copyright or trademark elements, that could limit intended commercial application. Model Releases Each image containing people require a model release to be attached (scan of original). License Licensing model, offered by you, must cover our intended usage (redistribution). You have to be a legal owner of the rights and be able to sell the stock! We reserve rights to run online screening (search by image or simmilar) to look for fake submissions. We do not intend to obtain copyright or claim ownership. How to submit 1. Prepare a selection of photos matching our requirements 2. Generate thumbnails (at least 380x250px) in JPG format a pack it (ZIP, RAR,...), 3. -or- generate a PDF with thumbnails and file names 4. and contact us! That is it!
