Basic photo collection of full body people in different themes for creation of human silhouettes

WE LOOK FOR: We are looking for a quick, smart and serious photographer to supply us 500 basic images of full body people in different themes (shopping, working, street, sports, kindergarden, school, university, etc) for creation of black and white human silhouettes for architectural drawings. WE PROVIDE: We are supplying you the following: 1 - A list of themes and approximate quantity of images per theme (we will give you 15-30 themes). 2 - Examples of similar photographic work in a demo pack (please ask us that). YOU PROVIDE: 1 - Your original pictures that you shall waive any rights to us to create drawing human silhouettes based on that, and for others (that we license) to use the silhouettes. 2 - Low resolution images (up to 800 px height) for discussion and approval. 3 - High resolution images (more than 3500 pixels height) as final material. JOB SKILLS: You shall have photographic skills and good equipment to provide crisp images. IMAGE REQUIREMENTS: The image shall be crisp, and as clear as possible to make silhouettes. The image has to provide good information for creation of a human silhouette for architectural drawing: 1 - The person, objects and action shall match the theme. 2 - It has to be shot almost without perspective effect (ideally at 300mm). You shall be at the same level as your target. 3 - It has to be either front, side, or back view. 4 - The body and the objects that the person carry should overlap as little as possible. For instance a silhouette where you can see both arms and both legs is usually better. 5 - No objects shall be in front of the person / action, hiding part of the silhouette. 6 - Shooting sequences in different position with the same person are acceptable. But ideally we prefer as many different persons as possible. BEFORE YOU BID: In order to evaluate your skills, and validate your offer, you will show us some low resolution sample images. On those sample images we will discuss the silhouette quality and other details. PAYMENT: We will pay in milestones. We will break the 200-500 images into packages of 20-40 images. Those become milestones. We expect that you can deliver these packages quickly. The first package will be of 5 images to minimize the risks to you and us. The rights to use those pictures with be shared between you and us. You can use the images for any work you need. And we can use them for silhouette creation and consequent comercial use of our silhouettes (including licensing to others). THE WINNER WILL BE: We will award the project based on: 1 - Photographic Creating Skills 2 - Production capacity (how many are you) 3 - Communication and understanding skills 4 - General IT skills 5 - Price AND BY THE WAY: We intend to continue working with an image database, therefore there will be more work after this project.
