Create/ Clone and integrate Sites

Hello, I need to create a site that combines a 4x10 monthly subscription Matrix like [login to view URL] and a Cash Gifting site like [login to view URL] Everything from Advertising banners - Full Admin - Payment Gateway - Design The only exception since it's registered here in the USA, the interface GUI must be redesigned to look different. Job Qualifications: - Don't bid unless you can do the job - Put exactly how long it will take to design and don't lie. I hate it when a programmer says it'll be done in 3 days and it takes 3 months. - If you are awarded the job, I will post a broker escrow account with GAF and no partial payments will be made until I'm 110% satisfied with the work so don't ask. If you need to be paid via paypal or other, payment in full will be made upon completion of job. - Don't send me a list of portfolios unless you have one directly related to this because I'm taking your word for it that you can do the work. Giving me a link doesn't help prove that. - Bid exactly what it is. I'm not going to accept anyone asking for more money than what they bid. If you have any questions, PM me here and we can discuss further via IM if you prefer. Please include any ideas you may have about the site to make it better than the ones we are copying. This I would be interested in. Take a good browse on the sites to check them out before bidding and no, I do not have any idea what the admin looks like or how to access it so just know I would want a full functioning admin to operate everything.
