I need to have classipress (with eclassify childtheme) modified so that users/ sellers can sell their goods on our site much like ebay - with paypal payment that pays to the sellers own paypal account & not to admin paypal account. We will invoice users on a commission basis.

Instead of manual invoice to the paypal owner, it is better if you use the split payment method provided by Paypal. So, user will pay to the admin's paypal, and then Paypal will do the payment split based on procentage you predefined automatically. What do you think?
