convert results from PHP grep file search to individual file links - open to bidding

Currently this script posts a list of files found after a grep text string search of all files in a directory. I would like to convert the found list of files into individual links that open up via "__blank" target (new window or tab). I came close to doing it but could only get the 1st link to work with my limited knowledge of PHP. lol Can you give me as estimate? I assume this should be fairly simple for you. Thank you.

Hello! The files path has to be accessible for the web server, otherwise you'd need "man in the middle" script to serve them successfully through an URL. Anyway, I can work on this as soon as you decide to move forward with the project. I don't think it will take much time either way, given that you have the base code functional already.
