This should be easy to do and a standard solution or free script might be used. I will describe the task in detail to make it easy for you to judge the project and start working immediately after your bid has been accepted. This is a re-post, the previous winner did not complete the project.

Situation:

When a the URL of a certain web page is called up, it includes a parameter value, for example:

http://www.example.com/parameter123=value456

What I need consists of two functions:

1) Depending on the parameter value (here for example value456) a certain paragraph should be shown on the web page (in addition to the standard content of the web page).

The placeholder in the html source code should consists of a php command. If the URL does not contain a parameter or if it contains an undefined parameter or value, just the standard content alone should be shown.

The paragraph to be shown will be defined in a table in a MySQL database. The table consists of three columns: parameter, value and html_code. For example

parameter, value, html_code

parameter 1, value1, <p>example paragraph to be shown</p>

The html code will actually include html commands, not only text, so that I can also vary the format (optional, if this is difficult to realize).

2) It would be nice if I get the option to hide the parameter in the URL so it is not shown in the user's browser. For example, after the user clicked on

http://www.example.com/parameter123=value456

the parameter part of the URL will be hidden so that the user's browser only shows

[url removed, login to view]

1) has priority and I am looking for a solution which can be realized with a low budget. 2) is optional and not required, please explain if your offer includes a solution for 2) or not. The project must be finished within 3 days.

Important: If you are seriously interested in this project please describe briefly how you want to realize it. This allows me to understand how serious your offer is. I am not interested in bids with just a short comment like "This is easy. Let's do it." Because then I have no way to understand if you can realize this as I described.
