Custom Forum Software

We are looking to purchase a custom made forum software from someone. The forum software must be entirely made by you and cannot have been released publicly. We will be wanting to purchases full private label rights from you for this software for us to be able to sell it under our own name. The script should be based on PHP and MySQL. It should be similar to phpBB, vBulletin, IPB, MyBB, etc. You must be able to send us a 100% working version of this script and allow us 24 hours to install, test, and vote on the script we will be using. It should be open source without a licensing system because we will not be selling it (it will be free). We are looking for someone who has already created a script like this and is willing to sell it to us. We prefer this because we will know that it is working and that you have tested it in the past.
