CRM Creation Via Email Leads

The project consists of creating a CRM for a discount business class airfare site.

Currently, the site was built on homestead and hosted on homestead.

The site boasts a main lead capture with 15-20 fields and many times that for the multi destination page.

The leads are sent to us via email and we need a CRM built to collect and sort the data. With time and date stamps of when the lead capture was filled in.

It is crucial that the CRM updates and collects the data in real time (when the emails are first generated).

Obviously, it is crucial that the CRM have sort and search features.

There will be 3 levels of CRM users:

1) Administrative with the ability to add users and distribute leads to agents, and edit/update

2) Manager with the ability to add distribute leads to agents and edit/update

3) Agents who will receive leads and be able to edit/update

You may need to move the site off of homestead and code it.
