Bug fix php admin system

We have moved a simple php based admin system to a new server. Initially everything seemed to work properly but a few bugs have surfaced that need attention. The admin system writes sales from two different websites into a unique database, then sends out confirmation emails to the customer and us. It looks like one of the carts is not being closed out properly after a sale and the data not being written into the database.
