I am not looking for someone to write this for me from scratch... I am just looking for someone who can assist me in choosing the right products to use and integrate to get what I want out of each feature.
What I want from the billing system:
Ability to have recurring and non-recurring invoices.
Ability to bill for more than one thing per invoice.
Ability to bill for products as well services on the same invoice.
What I want from the Support System:
A forum setting where users can assist eachother with stuff.
A ticketing system where only Moderators and Admins can answer users questions.
An FAQ with different sections.
A live chat section
Features I want the whole system to have:
A user section where users can see their open/pending/closed tickets and paid/unpaid invoices.
Also, a tracker for posts the have made in the forum.
(thats all i can think of for now)
