Automate a task

Hello,

We have a script that we want modified, we have attached the script to this project, its called [url removed, login to view]

After the script is installed, you can use the other file I attached is called [url removed, login to view] which you can use as a test to test the script by importing it to the database through member data csv/text format section, in the boxes you can put the following values:

Email address is 11

Full name is 2

address line 1 is 4

address line 2 is 5

city is 6

state is 7

zip/postal code is 8

country is 9

company is 3

web url is 1

telephone is 10

fields terminated by is ,

click select group from the pull down menu

then click browse and upload [url removed, login to view]

then click upload

Please upload this script to your server, and run the [url removed, login to view] file, after you run the [url removed, login to view] file it will show you how to configure the [url removed, login to view] file, so please configure the [url removed, login to view] file and then click Step 2 on the install screen.

Then you will be forwarded to the login page, the username is admin, password is my pass.

you can test this, by creating a new group under groups, then add a newsletter under newsletters, then under import emails click member data csv/text format.

you can not import emails until you first create a group and a newsletter.

So what I usually do is this.. I add the records through member data/csv format, and after I add them I go to main menu and click on the option bulk mailer.. and then select the options in the bulk mailer, I select the group, then select the subject, then click yes to automail, then set the batch size to 100, delay is 1, then I click send, it will start sending out the emails.. then when its all done sending, I go back to main menu, under groups I click browse/edit then I click empty and click yes to confirm.. so now all records are deleted.. then I go to main menu again and again I click on member data csv/text format and add new records of the new next file.. then after I go to bulk mailer to send it ..then I go to browse/edit again to empty records.. then I go to member data csv again and so on...

What I want is a tool added to this script so I don't have to do this always.. I want to upload all these files I want sent to a directory on the server.. and then I run this tool you create for me.. and it will automatically go to member data csv and add records.. then it will send it using bulk mailer.. and after its sent.. it will empty records.. then start again by going to member data csv and adding the next file.. then sends out the emails using bulk mailer option then once its done it will empty the records.. then goes back to member data csv/text and adds the next file and so on..

the directory I will upload these files to will be called sending and inside the directory is a folder called sent, once the file is sent it should be moved to the sent folder.

This shouldn't take more than two or three hours to complete, please bid and let me know what's the fastest you can do this in? and how much you will charge? if you are not able to do this in 24hrs or less please don't bid, I will select the bidder who can offer to complete it in the fastest time and reasonable best price, the faster the better.
