Auto Year/Make/Model script FETCH from external site

I have a website where I sell auto headlamp bulbs but not all customers know there size so I want to make a script that fetches information from another 3rd party site.

How it would work:

Step 1:

Choose Make and Year (PAGE 1)

Step 2:

Choose A Model (PAGE 2)

Step 3:

Some cars have a option:

"With halogen capsule headlamps"

or

"With HID (high intensity discharge) headlamps"

***Not all models will have this option*****

Step 4: (link: [url removed, login to view])

List the Bulb sizes:

Low beam headlamp

H7 (Add to cart link here)

High beam headlamp

H7 (Add to cart link here)

Parking light

W5WB (Add to cart link here)

Front turn signal

3457A (Add to cart link here)

[....................]

But for each diffrent model i want to be able to enter a link beside it....
