API integration into a PHP database

I'm looking for someone to add an API feature to the following database software:

I have the database loaded and ready to go on my server and need this project completed within 6 hours of awarding the project Here is the API requirments:

You would use the CreateOrder function and use any APIKey as the first variable for testing.

Parameters are:

APIKey (anything)

BillingFirstName

BillingLastName

BillingAddress

BillingCity

BillingState

BillingZip

ShippingFirstName

ShipipngLastName

ShippingAddress

ShippingState

ShippingZip

Email

Phone

InvoiceNumber (order number from your side)

CardNumber

CardCVN

CardExpMonth

CardExpYear

InitialCharge

RecurringCharge (Same as Initial Charge)

PackageID (GUID of the package being sold, I can provide those once ready)

Referral (whatever tracking string)

Coupon (same as Referral, just another tracking code)

Frequency (M for Monhly)

Action (you would pass EF3 which would mark the order for eFulfillment)

Once the order is live, you can use the SetOrderStatus function to pass status of 'DEAD' to an OrderID that you were given from the previous function (which means you need to save it somewhere on your side in the subscriber record).
