Debugging and developing registration forms with CakePHP

Your mission: • Develop a simple form with: - Registration of the information in the database; - Checking in our database for the existence of the email address filled in; - Sending emails. This form is already developed in html and CSS. • Finish and complement the work already done on a dual registration form: It remains to: - Insert in the information that has been forgotten; - Send emails at the moment of the validations; - Change the formatting (incorporating additional classes: css and html provided); - Fix a bug in the program that changes information of a field although this is not necessary. For all this we have written a book of acceptance procedures and a detailed document with screenshots containing all of the elements to change
