Build an Online Store

Need a Opencart website custom works, we have done the website works and now we only need the shop integration. My main concern with this project is for website to look more appealing with a better user interface. I already have the codes to integrate to the old design so I just need someone to implant them to the current site. Another side work is I required a count down on all individual products. I have the codes for that also. I need someone confident, experienced and is willing to complete the tasks as required. I need a PHP expert who can work over Opencart, Os commerce, shopping sites etc. My budget is below $150 (kindly let me know your experience) This is a very URGENT requirement for us, need the work done by 3-4 days maybe!
