An extendible XML/XSLT-based web-engine

The task is to develop (actually, to code) an extendible XML/XSLT-based [login to view URL] full UML-description of the engine is available in an attached zipped PDF. The development involves not only the engine itself, but the system (in terms of the engine), which allows managing the clients (in terms of the engine, again) fully - do all what CDBA (check out the PDF) assumes. Also this system will demonstrate the operability of the engine. Required knowledges include: GNU/Linux OS, bash (script language), Apache WEB Server version 2.2.x (CGI), SQL (MySQL database 5.0.x), XML, XSLT, XHTML. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working the engine itself and clients management system. 2) A software? installation package that contains a description (how to install the package) and a command line installator that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
