convert a portion of a simple PSD into an HTML

this is brief area that shows the progress of the project. it displays the progress bar and the description of the phase the project is currently in... so here is what you need to do... take the attached psd file and convert the right side portion (have a look at the jpg file attached) into html... please separate the css styling into a [login to view URL] and images into a different image folder. all text will be populated by a dynamic php script and therefore it must be a editable and not part of the image... the progress bar will be dynamic and therefore needs to be changeable by defining the width keep the color scheme as its but if you have better fonts or can improve the layout then you are welcome...however please keep the idea in tact its a really a simple project and i hope someone like you can really do it in less than half an hour
