C# Tools for Quickbooks

I would like a contractor to create a set of C# algorithms that will be able to import and export accounting data to and from Intuit Quickbooks. As well, I would like C# algorithms that will compare data imported from two separate Quickbooks files and list out differences from the two files. The data imported from the Quickbooks files should be stored in a jet engine database. _Project Summary: _ The following is posted to allow a potential bidder to decide if they want to read a 12-page document for this bid request. The bid should be based on the attached document 06122004ScopeofRequest. The following is only a summary: **Assumptions** **The contractor will communicate with me his status at least twice per week** **The contractor has some working knowledge of the technologies:** **-C# -XML -Jet database engines -Accounting either in a college class or on at least one previous project** **The contractor will be able to deliver a product by August 31, 2004 Objectives**??" the project will be broken into four phases with a follow-up period. The following summarizes those phases of this project: **Phase I**: - Create a diagram of the database that will receive data from Quickbooks **Phase II**: - Create the database based on the diagram. Create C# algorithms that will import all of the data into Quickbooks **Phase III**: - Create C# algorithms that will perform comparisons between the two Quickbooks files downloaded into the database **Phase IV**: Create C# algorithms that will export changes back into Quickbooks **Follow Up**: Bug Fixes for a 90 day period **Note**: For a precise list of deliverables, refer to the Project Outline. Thank you for reading my bid request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000/XP
