Develop A Membership Site

Hello, Please I will like you to develop a members area in my website. Here are the features of the membership area: 1. There are three types of membership. There are; Classic, Gold and Platinum memberships. 2. I will like you to generate pins for each of these groups of membership. The pins will be 12 digits long and it will be alphanumeric. It will consists of 4 alphabets and 8 numbers. An example is GH34287348WV. The first letter of the pin will either be C, G or P. That way, one will know if the pin is a Classic, Gold or Platinum membership pin. 3. When the prospective member clicks on the "Registration" link, he will be asked to provide his pin. He will put his pin and if the pin is valid, he will be sent to the registration page where he will fill in his data and submit his picture. If his picture is not ready, he can always submit that later or even update his profile later. 4. After submitting his picture, he will be ask to confirm his email address and click on a link to activate his membership. 5. After logging into the membership area, he should be able to do the following: * Chat with other fellow members but those lower members cannot initial chats with higher members. * The Platinum members should be able to upload pictures, audios and videos. * The Gold members should be able to upload pictures and audios. * The Classic members should be able to upload pictures. * They should be able to email each other but the lower members cannot email the higher members except the higher members email them first.
