Design for Web Service in .NET

I need a design paper written from someone who is an expert in the field of .Net WebServices. Not someone who can put a WebService together and make it work. I can do that myself. I need someone to analyze what I am trying to accomplish and make recommendations. This must be a senior person expert in Web Services and XML. After this paper is done, I would like to use this person as an ongoing mentor. The result of this request bid is a design paper briefly describing how I should put together my web service. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and detailed document. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
