Customer Login Page plus assist xml setup

Need someone to create a customer login page, where site visitors who make an order on my site can return to site and then login to view all their current orders and make any changes. The site will be already designed and all freelancer has to do is setup the script or coding to allow clients to have an account to view and edit their orders. Also need help with the order page itself, as I need someone to help setup the xml to my distributors. My distributors should receive information about order and not customer details; as that should be kept by me. My distributors have sent me the xml integration information and their tech guys are able to help set up; but I need a freelancer who can assist me with ensuring that the order page is setup correctly and that correct information goes to distributor and me when customer places order. So information that shows when customer logs in, is what was placed in the order form when customer made order. Please provide quote and timeframe. I can give an example site of what I am looking for. Only need quote for what's mentioned above, not for design of site. Thank You!
