Creation website

It is a medium website to create in HTML (about 20 pages) - Static with links. I have purchased a Flash website template, which you must use for the general layout and images and clipart, and some flash effects for the menu, and the music. The attached file describes exactly how to configure the site, the text and the links. It also includes the images and screenshot. When the selection process will be completed, I shall send you the full flash template. You must create the whole website in HTML. My commitment to you is that there won't be any changes: what you have to do is clear, and I won't come with additional editing during this first phasis of the project. Most of the art is included. Your commitment to me is that you stick to your budget and deadline, and thoroughly test the site and all the links. I also want 2 milestones: (1) general layout for the Home Page - (2) completion of all the other pages. The second phasis will be the additional editing, and installation on my startlogic server.
