Creating new module of PHP framework Seagull

Our company is using Seagull (an open source PHP framework) for some of our sites. We are currently looking into adding a _simple_ module to enhance Seagull’s user interface.
In addition, we would like to change the way Seagull is currently handling form validation, by moving this process into a separate ini file.
An in-depth description of the requested module would be delivered upon bid acceptance.
Note! Bidder must have in-depth experience in developing projects using Seagull PHP framework.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
