Create Website (legal products)

I am an attorney in California. I need a website developer to help me create a site to attract customers looking for estate planning advice and / or corporate advice. Similar to a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but MUCH LESS content. Only focused on CA law. I imagine one site where customers log in to have me prepare their LLC or CA corporation. They submit info and I prepare the documents and send to them. I collect payment online. I will help develop the questionnaires, etc. You code it. We will need a shopping cart, etc. I also want a website that helps people create a will, power of attorney, health care directive, etc. Links to my site to get their living trust done. Please contact me if you can do this type of work. ## Deliverables I currently have 2 websites: [login to view URL] (will be up w/in 3 days) [login to view URL] (up now) I want to create a new website that is SEO friendly and will allow me to attract clients seeking estate planning attorneys and basic incorporation and LLC attorneys. Please let me know your recommendations and COST. Also please show me any related / relevant work you have done in the past. I plan to use another product (ie [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) to actually handle the checkout, etc. You will do the website (look and feel). I'll have another company handle the backend (unless someone has a better option and can handle creating everything). Please bid on having someone else handle the backend.
