I am currently running a website called The Accent Lab. It is a WordPress-based website and I would like to have a page developed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash (if necessary). The page would be an interactive chart of the International Phonetic Alphabet. I would like the chart to display each Phonemic symbol, as an image, in its own individual box. When the user moves their mouse over the box, I would like a menu to appear vertically that will display up to three words that include the phoneme. I would like the letters in each word that correspond to the phoneme to be highlighted in a different color than the other letters in the word. When the user clicks on the box once, I would like the user to hear an audio sample of the phoneme. I would not like the user to be redirected to another page to listen to the audio sample. The page, phonemes, and chart should match the color (the shades of blue & grey that are found on my template), font (Georgia), and design scheme (clean, simple, contemporary) of my website. I would like this level of design and ease of use (although my chart would be slightly more involved): [url removed, login to view] I would provide: 1) The audio samples in MP3 format 2) The phonemic chart layout in the order and level of detail that I would like 3) The example words to be used in the drop down menus
