**Complete building a Dynamic IP update C# Program.**

I’ve started this project a week or more ago I need it to go live in the next two weeks.

Currently I can determine my external IP and publish it to my Dynamic IP DNS Provider. Gui and config file has been created. Config files is not updated w/ user changes needs to be.

I need to split the program into two parts a client install and a offline responder web service install.

Clients install:

The Client install will poll on an interval to check the current external IP.

If the Current external IP has changed send it to the Dynamic IP DNS Provider.

If the current IP has not changed notify the web service.

Also I need this to be a Windows Service that has status and settings gui that minimizes to the system Tray.

Web Service:

I need to create the Offline Line Responder Web Service

The Offline Responder Web Service will receive an offline url or ip possible with a port number to goto when it doesn’t receive and notify message every x interval..

I’ll also need client and server side data that is saved to be encrypted.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
