Client Management

============================== I'm looking for a simple solution to manage clients. This can be a custom PHP site "OR" a customized BLOG "OR" any other Suggestion is welcome. DETAILS: - There will be a simple login page. - The page user lands on, after logging in...........the admin will be able to post word and pdf docs and write small paragraphs of text, like a simple blog......for that particular user to read. - The user cannot write anything on that page. User can only read the Admin's notes/status/comments etc.....and can download any documents posted by the Admin. [This is OPTIONAL.....if you think the user can have access to write as well, that will be fine] - The admin can add users (with username and password)??.which when given to the users, they can login to see their private page. - The user can see his page only. and not other's page. So he should go to only his page when he logs in and will not have access to any other pages. If you have something like this already, please show that.
