CMS & API Development - Recurring Project

We are looking for an extremely talented, versatile, detail oriented, and responsible developer for a long term development project. The project specifics will be provided to the top three applications (you do not have to submit an initial bid). The project revolves around developing a web application that includes a custom CMS, a unique front-end (similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]), and a developer API platform. The chosen developer will be paid on a project-by-project basis and will be given equity bonuses for meeting deadlines and delivering high quality code. Each project will have detailed specs including screenshots and flow diagrams. Finally, you will work with a team of front-end developers and must be comfortable communicating with them on a regular basis (there will be a project manager facilitating communication). Required skills: * PHP * MySQL * CSS & XHTML Bonus skills: * Javascript * Linux/apache optimizers (memchache, zend, etc.) In order to bid you must: 1. Have a feedback rating of 9 or higher with over 5 projects completed 2. Show examples of your work where you developed web applications for high traffic websites 3. Willing to sign an NDA (the final three developers will be asked to sign the NDA in order to receive the project details) Again, this will involve recurring projects. The initial project involves development of the backend CMS which interfaces with the front-end (being developed by a separate team) and an API.
