**.:: [login to view URL] ::. - Backend Development** Our company has decided to branch off and provide more services to our clients that we don't currently offer. So we are starting a hosting, and design company. We are requesting a development team that can take our design we have already created and code all parts in php true W3C compliance. Back-end specifications are as listed, we want to know which would be easiest to implement seamlessly into our design, and our designer (co-owner) of this company and can provide any images or anything on the development side that you may need. If you are a development company that is looking for the quick buck on this project, please do not waste either of our time on bidding on this project. We would like all bids to be accompanied by their suggestions and answers to the questions listed. If you feel on some part of our description of the project details we are off on what needs to be completed in a feasible and seamless manner, please suggest an alternative to ease our pain of waiting longer for the project to be completed or trying to accomplish something that isn't capable. **1.** How long will this project take to implement and install on the server ? **2.** Are you going to be able to use our template within our design front-end and back-end no problems ? **3.** Have you completed any development of a hosting website or anything similar to this project ? **4.** Do you have a portfolio and approximate completed projects ? Please attach portfolio or provide link. **Deliverables: ** **- CMS** - "Content Management System" - We will need a content management system with a nice gui that we can adjust any of our text within our site including plans, keyword system etc..... **- Client Billing System** ??" Our billing system should be able to handle all domain renewal, transfer, new domain and account-creation, automatic emails for bills - [login to view URL] - [_www.whoiscart.net_][1] this is a billing system we were planning on using [login to view URL] which is a feasible option for us we have already checked their script and we have the test results found here [[login to view URL]][2] - account lab plus - [_[login to view URL]][3] this is our second otion for our billing system **- Merchant Services** - Paypal and [login to view URL] are our choices for billing and should be able to be implemented throughout the billing system and website **- Keyword System** - We need a script that has keywords that will go to a link for definitions - we have a few sample sites we could show you if needed - 3rd party script would work **- Live Chat Integration** - We have researched and installed Help Center Live it has a built in ticketing system that may or may not be used for our ticket system - we are pretty set on help center live though **- Support Ticket System** ??" The ticket system we will use will handle all incoming emails and auto-create a ticket so that we may handle each ticket on a first come basis, this will also need to be built into our backend CMS so that we can gain function through our backend - Open to suggestions on which ticket system would work best for the most control and best for our clients **- Forum** - Integrated forum into the actual design of the website, I think we would like to use vbulletin, invision, or something similar we can install this to any directory needed **- Submission Forms and Email Pipeline** - "automatic emails" that go out when a member signs up, faq emails, just a list of multiple emails we can send out when someone has a problem. This may be able to be handled through the support ticket forum. If not, we need some sort of placement in the CMS - Please note we will need a couple submission forms within in the site where we have a "contact us" assigned - You can take a look at the sample design [[login to view URL]][4] It would be great to have a cost ratio for each feature on this list so we can decide what is feasible or not to be developed and implemented. Just wanted to make 1 point clear that most of everything we are asking for is a 3rd party plugin, and requires NO DESIGN work. We will have all design issues resolved to your expectations to apply the code. Basically we need a CMS to handle all of the 3rd party scripts. We are getting very high proposal dollar amounts and would like the coders to re-evaluate their amount posted. For all development companies that have sent a message but no bid amount, please do so ASAP so we can move forward with the project. Thanks Again !! Have a good weekend. ## Platform O/S: RedHat EL AS 3 Will have access to cPanel and FTP. This included phpmyadmin, mySQL, and Fantastico.
