Build a deal discussion/publish web site

I'm looking for people to help me build a web site where people can post and discuss deals, products, I can publish good deals etc. You can take a look at [[login to view URL]][1], I'd like something similar. Please let me know 1) how long would it take 2) how much would it cost to build it If different technology (for example PHP/MySQL vs ASP.net/MSSQL) are considered, please list the pros and cons, as well as cost of each as well. I'd prefer the site is built with Microsoft platform but it's not absolutely required. If you use any open source forum software etc, please let me know too. At the end of the project the web site should be completely functioning, similar to the [login to view URL] site. A project proposal is needed for any bidder to be considered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
