A web site from scratch.? Customers coming to site are in need of a boat loan.? Customers will log in. 2) customers will then fill out an online form which provides choices.? These choices will then be posted and banks will bid for the business. This Site will also provide information on services, and banks can be rated.? The focus will be on just one product.? ## Deliverables Transmission between browsers and the web server must beimplemented using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This technology requires an SSL-capable browser such as MS Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later) or Netscape Navigator 2.0 (or later). Transmissions between compaid and clients must be encrypted using public key cryptography algorithms with a minimum key size of 128 bits. Database must be physically separated from our web server and is protected by a physical firewall. The 4 step process is as follows.1) information is submitted and gathered into a database. Information is then automatically emailed out to separate parties, whcih match the imputed criteria. 2)step 2 these separate parties are then able to post to the criteria and agree to specific condtitions and make certain [login to view URL] will post their offers on a secure area of our site, where boat buyers can log in and review them at convenience. Sep 2 the information you submit against the criteria set by the companies in our Network. Some examples of company criteria are size of loan,name address, milage on boat??" just to name a few. Once you are matched and your Lenders have reviewed your information and posted their initial offers, BoatLoans will notify you via e-mail. A Lender's offer may include the loan amount, interest rate, APR, monthly payment, and a loan officer's contact information. How do you review your offers? Once the Lenders have posted their responses, you will be able to easily access and review them. Just return to the web site and log in, using your full e-mail address and the password you created when you submitted your request. Certain information on your request form can be changed, even after you've been matched with a Lender. Making these changes triggers an e-mail to the Lender. The Lender will then contact you, either by e-mail or by telephone, with updated offers. To make changes to your request online, log into your account and go to the "Offer Details" page. Click on "change your offer request." Step 3)the software system will work to match the information the customer submits against the criteria set by the Lenders in our Network. Using the "Compare Offers" function in your Boat loans account allows you to evaluate them in a convenient, easy-to-read format. Step 4 Once you decide to accept a Lender's offer, you can indicate your acceptance from your Boatloans account. Just log in, go to your offers page, click on "Offer Details," and then click the "Accept" button next to the offer you want. To let a Lender know you are not interested in their offer, simply click the "Reject" button next to that offer. After selecting your offer, the user will be able to communicate with the Lender to finalize terms and close your loan. The end product will include graphics,fully navigational and functional web site. The web site will be easily modified and updatable. The ablity to survey and a functional rating system must also be in place. Information Flow The information in the current business system flows from one place to another with a certain context. The context of the information flow is defined by the following diagrams. The first diagram displays the context of the current system. The second diagram displays the context of the proposed system. These diagrams are a representation of how information flows from external entities to the current and proposed system. For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must be available on all operating sytems.
