Backup & Re-install oscommerce

We have an online store built with oscommerce and we are having some issues with the version we are using and security. What i need is someone who can help reinstall the whole eshop to probably the latest version of oscommerce (i want everything intact..the products and all), help me back up the SQL database, tables and products and whatever is needed and make sure the oscommerce is secure and clean. Bidders, if you want to be considered, dont send a ganeric copy and paste bid, please explain to us what you can offer for this project and how you intend to do so.
