Add hotels feature to my site (PHP/MySQL)

I need a web application developed that allows us insert hotels into a database, and upload pictures for the hotels. Currently, I have a hotels website. It display hotels that are listed in the database. I need the hotel insertion part done from scratch using the designs that are currently uploaded (see screenshots). It's a step-by-step process (like a wizard), that allows the user add details for the hotel. The user management already exists, you don't have to do any of that. ## Deliverables Once a user fills out the first page and clicks save, this hotel is added to the database. So if the user aborts after that page, the basic information of the hotel already exists in the database. You need to pay attention to the following when doing the task: * The feature of Hotel Facilities is to appear on the hotel page as well. (see screenshot). Note here that the "Add more facilities" bring a pop-up with free form fields, so the user can enter other facilities not already listed * When a new hotel is added, a confirmation email is sent to admin email that includes ALL the added information. This email should have a "quick approve" link. * If the user chooses to promote the hotel, this information should be sent as a separate email. The email should include the type of promotion, the hotel phone and email as well as the user's email * All added hotels are to be backedup to a text file The management of the added hotels in the admin section will need some finetuning. When the name of the hotel is clicked in admin, it should open the hotel edit page. Also, a column should be included in the hotels list that shows when the hotel was last edited and by whom. The map in the admin section and on the hotel adding page needs to pinpoint the address at all times (it's based off google maps, just do an api query for the address) The Edit Hotel section in admin is to reflect that same options as during Add Hotel. This means in particular the hotel facilities section. It is still a free form in the admin section at the moment. **See attached screenshots!**
