Customise Wordpress Home Page

Hello, I need a Wordpress theme customised to match the client's design as closely as possible. I have done part of the work using the Weaver II theme, but you can suggest another theme if that will work better. Basically, the home page will have two columns, with the following displayed: 1) User-defined banner 2) Latest News (either a plug-in or code to pick from posts) 3) Photo album plug-in 4) Events plug-in 5) Downloads (tracker is optional) 6) Adsense and other ads 7) Section/table headers will have a custom background 8) Posts to display in 2 columns (optional) Please note that the client should be able to change the ads and photos on the homepage by himself, with relative ease. I already have some of the required plug-ins, but you can suggest better ones. I know that this is not a lot of work for someone who knows what s/he is doing, so don't make it sound big because of the list. You must have experience in customising Wordpress themes. It would be nice to see sample work. Price is a factor, so don't bid too high. Thanks
